Yoga makes you happy, strengthens, energizes and relaxes. With yoga exercises from Kundalini Yoga, relaxation and creative exercises, you can train your body, breathe and gain strength, calm, imagination and concentration in this group. Yoga Club is therefore good for body and mind and is a relaxing, cheerful, and creative break during your school week.

In the first working session we move to your liking with dynamic yoga exercises; very gladly also to your favorite music.

In the second session, after relaxation, there is time for the creative design of your own yoga book.

So if you enjoy body work, relaxation and creativity, then you are in the right place in this group.

Mrs. Beckmann is the mother of a daughter at Nonnenwerth and works in human resources. In addition to her work, she teaches yoga classes.
